Shannon,

Good afternoon. Clearly, it is not cut often enough. It is

unfathomable why we have one of the most inconsistently maintained and
most visually unappealing upscale subdivision entrances in the southern
part of Fulton County.
Numerous companies provide landscaping services that are
reasonably priced, consistently rendered, and that, in the end, are
visually appealing.
Often, when we complain (me included), we're looking for someone
else to come up with a solution.  I know that there are some neighbors who
have devoted time and energy to this front entrance issue; nevertheless,
it still remains a persistent problem.  While I'm not an officer of the
HOA, I volunteer to work with the officers to immediately find a company
that will be reliable and consistent in cutting the grass at the front
entrance.  While I admittedly don't know much about how to beautify a
front entrance, I also volunteer to help find a company that can beautify
our front entrance at a reasonable price.
Admittedly, I don't know if we have a contract with our current
landscaping company.  If not, we can fire the company immediately.  If we
do and if there are any contractual issues that would prevent us from
severing the relationship with our current landscaping company, I
volunteer, as a litigation attorney, to help us address those issues as
well.  It is difficult to imagine that if we do have a current contract
with a landscaping company that the company is not in breach of the
contract.  If the poor services that have been rendered this spring and
summer are not in breach of the contract, that presents an even bigger
problem.
Shannon, if you're willing, I'd like to work with you and the
officers of the HOA on this.  I suspect that many in the neighborhood
likely share your frustration.  Let's find a solution to this clearly
fixable front entrance problem.

Harold

Hi Harold,
I am interested in assisting with a solution. I hope we can fire High Grove as I assume they are still the company responsible for our maintenance. I also have some ideas of what we should assure is included in our next contract.
