Can someone please explain what is going on with the entrance to our subdivision and why the house for sale at the entrance that’s for sale has not not cut the grass in the backyard this year?? I”ll wait!

Hi Shannon,
Please know that you are not alone in your concern about the front entrance.
I don’t have a good answer for you. It is difficult to understand. I have tried to elevate the front entrance as a priority. It continues to become more complicated even to have pine straw applied. I share your and other’s frustration
Perhaps others can answer your question about the back yard maintenance of the home at the front entrance. This is not I matter that I can address.
Take care,
Cynthia

Thanks Cynthia. I did get a response and hopefully entrance will be addressed in the next week. The backyard of the house at the entrance is another story so not sure when that will be addressed.

Good morning
I responded to Shannon’s inquiry on the day she sent to advise her of the process of rejuvenation and planting but failed to reply all. I apologize for not copying all. However Cynthia you and I have had a verbal conversation 2 weeks ago on the delays and why Pinestraw has not been placed due planting of the new shrubs.
This note fails to state that fact. Yet you have been made aware. We should not place pine straw till the shrubs are planted. The planting of the shrubs was due the rejuvenation NOT being completed properly.
The current shrubs planting schedule is for this coming week. Also Highgrove has not given a date for spring flowers to date. I have requested a planting date.
Our challenge in working with large Landscape companies is there ability to quickly schedule additional services. (Ie : Highgrove and Danilo).
If there is a better way to proceed or expedite this process I am open to what uplifts the subdivision. However let us please speak with clarity and insight that was and has been presented.
