Just a reminder that our next HOA Meeting is July 13th. We have a lot of
important issues to discuss, so please do your best to attend. Also,
remember that your trash cans should only be placed on the curb, the night
before pickup, and they should be placed back out of sight, the same day
after the pickup.

take this time to apologize. Our next HOA meeting is scheduled for
Wednesday, July 13th 6pm - 8pm, at the Wolf Creek Library. By now, each of
you should have received a letter from our Property Management Firm,
POSolutions, Inc. Shandron Pemberton, the President of POSultions, will be
at the meeting to answer any questions you may have about our new Covenant
Management Team and the process that they have implemented for Covenant
Enforcement. I look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting.
