Good Afternoon Neighbors, I want to thank our Neighbors who attended the HOA meeting this past Wednesday. For those who were not able to attend, I wanted to share some of the highlights with you: - Our collection of 2016 HOA Dues is approaching 90% - We will receive the new Covenant changes from the Attorney, and mail out the Paper Ballots for Homeowners to vote for the changes. We will also send the Ballots electronically utilizing E-Signature Software - We will hold elections for all HOA Positions in June. We are in the process of securing a meeting location. Once the location is secured, we will send the information of Location, Date, and Time out everyone - Since the weather prevented us from having our movie night last year, we will have a Neighborhood Movie Night on Saturday, June 10th. The movie will be picked as we get closer to the date. - In an effort to support Minority Businesses, the Board will make every effort to spend HOA funds with Minority Business in our area. If you know of a Minority Owned Business, that has given you good service, please share them with the neighborhood. - Our neighbor, Tracy Bulloch, will contact his lawn fertilizer company, which is a Minority Owned Business, to see if we can get a special wait for all Homeowners in Canaan Walk - We will begin to summarize the violations report that is generated by our Property Management Firm and share that with the Neighborhood Thanks, Keith
