Keith, How much do we have on hand? I didn't thing we had enough cash on hand to pay the $39,000 outright. I do think it's a good opportunity for us. Hello Chris, Yes, we don't have the cash on hand to complete the deal. Yergan will provide a financial report at the meeting. If the neighborhood decides to move forward with this, we will have to seek some sort of financing or explore a special assessment from each homeowner to provide the capital for this transaction.
