Public Hearings on the subject rezoning applications will be held Monday,
July 10, 2017, at the Southwest Arts Center, 915 New Hope Road, N.W.,
Atlanta, Georgia 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. and Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the
South Fulton Service Center, 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park,
Georgia 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M.
The rezoning applications are as follows: Campbellton Road (66-67) 126
Townhouses; Fulton Industrial Blvd (FIB) (68-69) Warehouse Distribution
Center; Riverside Drive (70-71) 739,000 sq. ft. Warehouse Distribution
Center.
Final review and decision by the Board of Commissioners has been scheduled
for Wednesday, July 19, 2017.
